We don’t have to go far to see an example of pure love. Our children, who may read this blog today, won’t believe their eyes because I was never a big fan of our canine friends.
I think I mentioned previously that we got a dog from the local shelter about eighteen months ago. Her name is appropriate to her mission in life. That’s why my wife took one look at her in the shelter and named her “Happy” because she makes people happy.
She gives and seeks affection all day, everyday. it seems to be THE priority of her life! Do we make giving and seeking affection a high enough priority in our lives?
