After months of knocking on doors in the neighborhoods of Palm Beach County, Florida, trying to convince members of the community to get vaccinated, Lisa Wilson said she lost six members of her family to Covid-19 in a three-week span.
“I work side by side with the communities and constantly push the message to get people vaccinated,” Wilson explained, “but I couldn’t convince my family members to get vaccinated.” (CNN)

Unfortunately, her unvaccinated family members made a fatal decision to ignore her advice.
Our family members sometimes take the advice of a stranger rather than from a family member.
As hurtful as it is, it does happen.
Many times our kids will listen to one of their peers rather than their loving parent.
Often, family members know what we’re going to say before we say it.
So, they’ve heard it too many times and dismiss it.
