Today many single people complain that it is very difficult to meet potential mates.
When you are in school, there are many opportunities to meet people.
But, after that, you are mostly on your own.
It seems today that dating sites are commonly used by singles of all ages.
What a lot of people don’t realize is that a mate doesn’t generally show up on your doorstep!
You have to be active.
Join clubs or community activities that have social or sports teams.
Seek out a place of worship that has a singles group.
Join an organization that supports a cause you believe in.
If your employer has after work events, join in.
But, above all, be a person someone would like to spend time with.
Be upbeat (even if you have to fake it.)
Be positive, be “put together” nicely in your dress.
And, above all, SMILE a lot!
