WORRY?

Of course, we all worry from time to time.

Worry, for you, has become a habit.

It is actually a self destructive habit.

There are two kinds of worry; those you can solve & those you can’t.

If you CAN solve it, get up and solve it!

If you can’t, get it out of your mind.

There is nothing you can do about it.
