Reid had pulled Kelce out of the game during the first half.
While screaming, Kelci almost knocked the coach off his feet.
After the game, Reid laughed the incident off.
Yesterday, Kelce admitted that his behavior was “unacceptable.”
I think the lesson here is that those in leadership sometimes make wrong decisions.
But, we must always try to be respectful of our superiors and do what we can to help our organization achieve success.
