Scottie Scheffler shared the lead with Ludvig Åberg midway through Sunday’s fourth round of the 2024 Masters Tournament.
Scheffler rallied to make sure he didn’t have to share the payout, too.
The 27-year-old hit four birdies on the back nine to finish four strokes ahead at 11-under 277 and secure himself $3.6 million in earnings.
Scheffler’s victory brings his official PGA Tour earnings up to $15.1 million during the 2024 season, according to Spotrac.
Jason Sobel of SiriusXM PGA Tour noted that with Sunday’s win, Scheffler has now averaged making more than $361,000 per day over the past 35 days: (CNN)
