Yesterday, Kerry Carpenter hit a 3 run home run to help the Detroit Tigers Beat Cleveland 3-0.
Keep in mind that he was working part time at Dick’s Sporting Goods two years ago to make some money.
His mom and sister kept encouraging him to pursue a career in the MLB.
His first full season with the Tigers he had 37 runs, 18 home runs, 75 hits and 57 RBI’S.
What does this story mean to each of us?
