First, the HERO has to review who’s coming for the great dinner.

What food restrictions do they bring?

What limitations do they put on the HERO’S shopping list?

How big a turkey or turkeys must be purchased?

Once purchased and carried home, which foods can be prepared in advance?

Does the HERO have enough china and silverware?

What amount of hand chopping will be required?

Are there enough serving dishes, chairs and table clothes?

Can the schedule of cooking various items be co-ordinated properly?
