Will You Just WALK?

It was 10 degrees outside this morning so I walked in a nearby, warm mall.

It was a pleasant and safe way to get some exercise

I recently heard a story about a 104 year old lady who just keeps MOVING.

That is her form of exercise.

You don’t need to become an olympic athlete to stay fit.

I went to see a pulmonologist a year ago.

She said my lungs were performing at 86%.

So, I began walking every morning.,

Three months later, my lungs were performing at 95%.

Just think about what walking does for your body:

Stronger leg muscles, stronger heart, stronger lungs.

That sounds to me like a WIN-WIN-WIN!
