It is down 53% today.

It’s amazing that a company that big and successful is failing.

They are saying that there will be more economic havoc as the Ukrainian war drags on.

Major companies are on the brink while new ones are springing up.

Companies are still struggling to find sufficient numbers of employees with adequate skills.

Yet, I’m hearing of people who have made a career move and are being rewarded with higher wages, benefits and better working conditions.

Be alert, things are changing, maybe for the better.

Yesterday, 7 auto repair workmen, in Lviv, Ukraine, left their homes in the early morning and went to their regular jobs.

A Russian cruise missile hit the repair shop shortly after their arrival and all 7 were killed instantly.

Those 7 families have now lost forever a husband, father, son, brother and provider.

So, today life will never be the same for those family members and friends.

Evil has many faces.

The deliberate murder of innocent people is the worst.

There were 693 mass shooting in 2021 in the U.S.

The violence goes on unabated.

A kinder, gentler world begins with each and every one of us.

If not today, when?

We all have worries from time to time.

Some are major in importance.

Some, minor.

The question is, “What is the best way to deal with worry?

If you don’t know the solution to your worry, you could seek advice from a trusted friend.

The essential question when worrying about something is, “Do you have the ability to solve the problem or can you find someone who can and will solve the problem?”

If someone else is willing and able to solve it, ask that person for help.

If you or a seemingly qualified person can’t solve it, You’ve got to move on.

Life is too short for you to get bogged down with an unsolvable problem.

 

 

 

 

Yes, today is Easter.

No, it doesn’t matter what religion you practice, if any.

It’s a day set aside for family.

Individual family members are always running in different directions all the time.

But, today, all family members should be together to share a great tradition, the family meal.

Turn off your cell phones and catch up with family members to ask what is going on in their life.

If we don’t, there is the danger that you could drift apart.

Make it a goal to talk to each family member one-on-one.

MOMS!

They allow their bodies to create and nurture another human being.

Especially for a first time mom, who has to make constant adjustments to the continually changing demands on her physically.

There is obviously an emotional dimension to all this.

Although, it becomes more difficult to do all the things expected of her, they must be done.

Hopefully, her husband is supportive and understanding of the new demands being placed on her.

Finally, the big day comes for the delivery.

It is very painful.

There can be complications.

To say the least, it is worrisome.

Once the baby is born, mom is not done.

No, her lifelong responsibilities as a mom have just begun.

MOMS are the world’s HEROES!

The Ukrainian soldier above blew himself up and the bridge he was standing on.

It was a major bridge connecting Crimea to mainland Ukraine over which Russian tanks were crossing.

“No greater love than to lay down your life for a friend!”

His name, Vitaliy Volodymyrovych Shakun.

He was an engineer fighting with a battalion of Ukrainian marines on the Crimean Isthmus.

He volunteered even though the planning was done by another battalion.

Do we love our country as much as Vitaliy loved his?

CNN) One meteor traveled quite a long way from home to visit Earth.

Researchers discovered the first known interstellar meteor to ever hit Earth, according to a recently released United States Space Command document. An interstellar meteor is a space rock that originates from outside our solar system — a rare occurrence.

This one is known as CNEOS 2014-01-08, and it crash-landed along the northeast coast of Papua New Guinea on January 8, 2014.

I decided to make this the topic of today’s blog because changes are happening to the world we live in.

I think this meteor landing is just another example of Climate Change, which many people still don’t believe.

All the natural resources on earth must be saved in order to ensure the survival of mankind.

We were given a planet that provides all that we need.

Let’s not kill it and us with stupidity.

The artic is melting.

Sea levels are rising.

Temperatures are rising.

Fossil fuels will be our doom if we can’t convert to pollutant-free sources of energy.

I attended a football coaches clinic put on by the Michigan State Football Coaches.

I was in the room devoted to special teams.

The MSU coach devoted an entire hour to punting.

He demonstrated in great detail how to get away from a block and run down the field and tackle

the ball carrier.

Yes, success is in the details.

It’s just this simple: people who concentrate on the details enjoy a higher degree of success than those who don’t.

And this really applies to every aspect of our lives.

Take a good, hard look at the way you do things.

Do you do any advanced planning?

Do you consider alternatives?

Do you anticipate problems that could occur because of the approach you’ve decided upon?

Success is in the details.

So, we have it from the highest authority that evil exists and has probably always existed.

Evil comes in various forms of temptations to do what we know is wrong.

Bullying is an evil particularly when the victim commits suicide as a result.

The killing of another person such as we’re witnessing on a massive scale in Ukraine is blatant evil.

It seems that different forms of evil will always be there to tempt us.

Knowing this, we must always be on guard to discern right from wrong.

It’s much easier to live with yourself if you always strive to do the right thing.

The Internet permits storefront businesses to continue to operate as storefront businesses while attempting to gain additional revenue through other means.

The marketplace is always in turmoil with one competitor trying to outsmart the others.
