Your Good Health!

“To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.” (William Londen)
It seems that many factors are needed to contribute to good health. The first two factors, “eat lightly and breathe deeply,” are physical in nature. The other three, however, are decisions we are required to make in order to insure good health.
Live moderately-I guess this means don’t overdo it.
Cultivate cheerfulness-Practice optimism and becoming  more upbeat. People find this trait appealing and it facilitates better relationships with others. When relationships are easier, your stress level is reduced.
An interest in life-If you can enjoy all the various amazing experiences of life on earth, you are less inclined to worry about yourself and your difficulties.
In other words, “Go for the gusto!”
