The Male Ego!

The male ego is a problem.

Mr. Putin has brought misery and death to hundreds of thousands of people all in an attempt to satisfy his ego.

Many decisions in matters very diverse can only be explained by considering the role of the male ego.

This is not to say that women don’t also have an ego.

My observation over many years, however, is that women are more focused on results when making decisions rather than being driven by ego satisfaction.

Consequently, I’d like to see more women in leadership positions.

If not today, when?
